If you’ve been around here for more than five minutes, you know I love writing romance with all the spice, angst, and ridiculous amounts of emotional damage your heart can handle. But something that’s always been non-negotiable for me? Including and celebrating LGBTQ+ love stories—loudly, proudly, and unapologetically.

Because their love is real. Their love is valid. And their love deserves HEAs, chaos, and steamy chapters just like any heterosexual couple.

I didn’t grow up seeing many queer love stories on the shelves, and when I did? They were often buried under tragedy or pushed to the sidelines. So when I built the Bryantverse, I made a promise: Queer characters wouldn’t just exist—they’d thrive, lead, and steal the damn spotlight.

Here’s just a glimpse of the LGBTQ+ icons making their mark across my books:

💜 Andre & Darren – (The Hybrid Alpha)

Andre is gay, fabulous, and rules as a hybrid Alpha with more confidence than most could dream of. His mate? Darren—a Navy SEAL veteran who never expected to fall for a man, but couldn’t fight fate (or Andre’s wardrobe). Their love? Messy, passionate, and proof that sexuality isn’t a box—it’s a journey.

A tech genius with a sharp mind and sharper wit, Makayla meets her match in Lilac—an eco-conscious, activist fashion designer with a soft heart and stubborn streak. Their sapphic love story seamlessly blends politics, betrayal, survival, and the search for home in each other.

💙 Rohan & Shikoba – (Cult of Love)

Rohan is a bisexual Delta guard with a heart bigger than his muscles. Shikoba is a transgender woman and human, serving as an Executive Assistant with a silent strength that speaks volumes. Their story proves that love is about acceptance, healing, and fiercely protecting the person you love.

🩷 Sage & Auðr – (The Hybrid's Vampire)

Sage is pure, nonbinary chaos with Alpha energy and activist fire. Auðr, their mate, is a gay vampire with rockstar swagger and deadly secrets. Together? They’re a whirlwind of rebellion, music, and queer joy—fighting for their love and their right to exist loudly.

💚 River & Leo – (The Hybrid's Rogue)

River is Sage’s twin—a nonbinary, pansexual disaster with a dirty mind and no filter. Leo is also nonbinary, pansexual, and running from a world that never accepted them. Together, they build a love that refuses labels and chooses freedom, family, and filthy jokes.

❤️ Eve & Sophie – (Threads of Destiny)

Eve is proud, bold, and never hides who she is. Sophie? She’s still learning to stand tall after being suffocated by an unsupportive family—but with Eve (and the found family they build), Sophie finally sees that love can be safe, soft, and fiercely protected.

Why do I write them? Because LGBTQ+ love stories deserve center stage. Because representation saves lives. Because falling in love—whether you’re gay, bi, trans, nonbinary, lesbian, demi, or pan—is powerful, valid, and beautifully complicated.

These characters, their love, and their messy, chaotic journeys? They’re not side plots. They’re the heart of my world.
